How do I cancel a booking?
Go to "My Bookings", click "Details" on the booking you want to cancel, then click "Cancel this booking". Cancellation fees may apply depending on the operator's policy.
How do I get my ticket?
After booking, your e-ticket will be available in the booking details. You can download it as a PDF.
Can I modify my booking?
Modifications depend on the operator. If allowed, you can cancel and rebook with the updated details.
How do I save videos?
While browsing NoviClips on the homepage, click the bookmark icon on any video to save it. Saved videos appear in the "Saved Videos" section of your dashboard.
